Pick up in Whistler or request delivery (with a fee to Squamish, Pemberton, Vancouver).

All prices are estimates and depend on the weight after processing. Our charge is $9.50/lb in hanging weight.
Mixed Quarter
Our mixed quarters are $10.70/lb hanging weight and ranges from 125 - 175 lbs.
The mixed quarter includes: New York steak • tenderloin steak • rib steak • chuck steak • flank steak • sirloin steak • flat iron steak • round steak • round roast • chuck roast • prime rib roast • sirloin roast • short ribs • stew • ground beef
Custom Side
Our custom side orders are for the big beef consumers who want to order specific or specialty cuts. This gives you the opportunity to get the widest variety of cuts and save a little money at the same time as our custom sides are $10.60/lb hanging weight.
Sides range between 250 – 350lbs hanging weight.

Honey
The honey is made by the bees from the wildflowers, dandelions, willow trees, rose bushes on our ranch and in the surrounding wild lands.
