Cooking Grass-Fed Beef
Grass-fed beef is leaner and more flavorful than commercial beef. Due to its lower fat content, it’s best cooked to medium-rare or rare to avoid toughness. Marinating or slow cooking enhances tenderness, while grilling or pan-searing in cast iron also works well.
